 Participants may access forms in three ways:

    • Public access to forms (unrestricted).
    • Access to forms via login and password.
    • Access by creating a link to a completed form (for confirmation of data).

  • You can create up to 10 types of fields: text, number, email, phone, URL, memo, list, multiple choice, yes/no, file.
